Towel Stretch

  • Target: Feet and calves.

 

  • How to Perform:
    1. Sit with legs extended.
    2. Wrap a towel around the ball of one foot.
    3. Gently pull the towel toward you to stretch the calf and foot.
    4. Hold for 15–20 seconds and switch legs.

 

  • Frequency: Perform 2–3 times per leg daily.
