Hand Flexor Stretch

  • Target: Hands and wrists.

 

  • How to Perform:
    1. Stretch one arm out in front of you with your palm facing up.
    2. Use your other hand to gently pull your fingers back toward your body.
    3. Hold for 15–20 seconds and repeat on the other hand.

 

  • Frequency: Repeat 2–3 times per hand.
