Toe Taps

  • Target: Feet and lower leg circulation.

 

  • How to Perform:
    1. Sit in a chair with your feet flat on the floor.
    2. Lift your toes off the ground while keeping your heels planted.
    3. Lower your toes and repeat for 1–2 minutes.

 

  • Frequency: Perform 3 times daily to improve blood flow and relieve tension.
